  • To check your account status, press one

Online Bill Payment

Pay Now (no registration) or you can register on our member services center. At any time, you can pay your bill from the convenience of your home and have the confidence it will be immediately posted to your account.

Vanilla Direct

Third party, cash payment locations at participating retail stores. The barcode on your bill can be scanned at the register, allowing you to make your monthly payment. There is a S1.50 convenience fee to use this service. To find a location near you, visit pay.vanilladirect.com/pages/retailers

Adding Multiple Accounts?

When you are logged in to the new portal , on the left hand side, click “Settings”. Click on “Register Accounts. Click “add accounts”. From there, you can add all your BARC accounts into one login.

Levelized Billing

This is a great tool for those who desire to avoid the seasonal peaks! Pay a levelized amount year-round that helps equalize the high months and low months. Sign up today by contacting a Member Services Representative or through our NEW SmartHub portal (coming April 3).

Office Payment

Make payments in our night deposit box located at the top of the steps to the left at the front entrance of the office our Millboro office from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or conveniently drop payment in our night deposit box located at the top of the steps to the left at the front entrance of the office. Credit card payments can be made in person. Due to security reasons, we can no longer accept credit card payments over the phone.
