Zulager Joins BARC Electric Board Of Directors

Kae Zulager has been elected to serve on the BARC Electric Cooperative Board of Directors and will represent District 5, located in northern Bath County and Highland County. She will be replacing Gary Johnson, who retired in 2024 after serving on the board since 2001.

Zulager is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Bill Police, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the wireless and data analytic industries. She moved to Virginia in 1998 from Cleveland, OH. Zulagar received her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Wooster and her master’s from Case Western Reserve. She holds two patents for proprietary software and data analytics methodology and is passionate about working with her partners to drive success.

Zulager and her husband live in Bath County, VA where they enjoy hosting family and friends, camping and outdoor activities at their family home with their 2 English setters.
