Attention Collierstown residents: Right-of-way (ROW) maintenance will be in your area this week contracted through Lucas Tree.

As our members are well aware, the BARC terrain is very mountainous, dense and rural. We are proud to say that in 2025, we have cleared 180 miles of ROW. This helps provide safe and reliable service to our membership.
