POWER OUTAGE UPDATE as of 9:15 am: BARC has lost a power transmission feed from Dominion to its Johnson Creek substation impacting electric customers south of Hot Springs in Bath County.

BARC is working now to transfer impacted customers to an alternate transmission feed. We appreciate everyone’s patience.
