Outage Update – September 27, 2024

Update – As of 9:30 p.m., we still have close to 1,500 members off. Crews have been working tirelessly all day to knock that number down after being hit this afternoon. With over half a dozen poles broken or stripped, we anticipate a good majority of these outages will be restored on Saturday. We appreciate your patience as we work through this storm’s damages.

Update: As of 5 p.m., our crews have done an amazing job of dropping our total offline from 4,500 members to 1,500 members. Thank you to them for their hard work.

Crews are continuing to work through these outages. Due to this high number and making sure we keep our crews safe, outages later this evening may not be responded to until tomorrow morning.

As of 12 p.m. on Friday, September 27, we are aware of widespread outages throughout our territory.

All available crews have been called in and are working on all known outages.

As more storm bands come through, please be advised that outages could persist throughout the day as the storm moves in.
