BARC Electric Consumers: Beginning Friday, December 31 at 8:00 am through Monday, January 3, 2022 8:30 am our Customer Portal on the BARC Electric website will be down for year-end maintenance. Consumers will not be able to make payments or report power outages through the portal during this timeframe.
