BARC Continues Efforts to Mitigate COVID

Millboro, VA -As part of BARC’s efforts to mitigate exposure and transmission of the COVID virus, the cooperative has made the decision to close its lobby until further notice. BARC requests all consumers use the digital tools for account management or to send check payments to the lockbox address on your billing statement. You can learn more about digital payment options by visiting www.barcelectric.com/pay-your-bill. Additionally, there is a drop box for payments located outside the Millboro office.
At this time, BARC will continue to provide in-home broadband installations while practicing social distancing and the wearing of masks to ensure the safety of both employees and consumers.
Electric crews will continue to respond to power outages and consumers can report an outage by calling 800-846-2272 and selecting “option 1.” Consumers can also report an outage through the BARC mobile app, or online at www.barcelectric.com and use the Consumer Portal.
BARC monitors the health crisis daily to ensure it is protecting the community and employees to keep everyone safe. As procedures change, the cooperative will continue to provide updated communications. BARC appreciates everyone’s understanding.
