Autocue

Credit Card Payments Using Autocue

Our Autocue system allows greater ease in reporting power outages by phone, and provides a new method for making electric payments. When consumers call in a power outage, they can now report the outage using this automated system without having to wait to speak with a customer service team member or after-hours agent (we still offer outage reporting through the BARC app, available for both Apple and Android phones).

Is Your Service Address Up-To-Date?

Autocue interfaces with both our customer information and outage management systems. To report a power outage or pay your bill, your service address must be your 911 address in our system.

  • Check your service address on your bill located in the “Location Address” box at the top right of your billing statement.
  • If this address is incorrect, blank, or has a descriptor such as “well”, “house”, etc., contact BARC at 800-846-2272 to correct.
  • Accurate service addresses enable our outage management system to predict the location and possible cause of an outage, making it faster and easier for our crews to correct the problem.

To correct your service address information, contact Customer Service M-F between 8:30am – 4:30pm at 800-846-2272.
