This afternoon, our Internet and phone service at our Millboro headquarters went down due to an outage by our service provider (hint: it's not BARC Connects...yet). Phones immediately were forwarded to our after-hours call center service, but due to the outage we were unable to process any payments. As of 7:30pm the outage had not been restored. All disconnections for non-payment have been suspended until the outage ends. We will continue to provide updates until service is restored. We appreciate your patience - unfortunately it is out of our control until we expand our own Internet service to Millboro.
