Effective March 16, 2020, BARC facilities are no longer allowing visitors at our offices for the time being. Only BARC staff will be allowed inside the facilities until further notice. We encourage our consumers to take advantage of our digital and remote tools for your account management. Please see the information below on how you can learn more.

For Electric Payments:

• Utilize our Autocue system to make payments on your account or to report power outages by calling 800-846-2272. Details on the system can be found by visiting: www.barcelectric.com/autocue

• Use the BARC mobile app – you can learn more here: www.barcelectric.com/appsupport

• Access your account on our online customer portal by visiting www.barcelectric.com and go to the Member Center tab and choose "Customer Portal".

• Mail your payment, with your statement slip, to:
