BARC is currently experiencing a network outage impacting phone service to our Millboro headquarters due to both primary and backup fiber backhaul circuits feeding our network being cut. Phones will remain forwarded to our after-hours call center service. Due to this outage, all calls should be to report electrical outages at this time. Our after-hours call center is unable to process payments to your account. We will continue to provide updates until service is restored. We appreciate your patience and are working to resolve the issue.
