Please know, DOXO, a third party payment vendor, is NOT an authorized payment service provided to you by BARC and is in no way associated with BARC Electric Cooperative.
Below are the safest and preferred methods of payment for your BARC Account. And if you ever have questions, our Member Services Representatives will be happy to help you:
Preferred & Safest Methods of Payment:
You can always access your account from our webpage BARC Electric Cooperative using the Customer Portal. This is a safe and fast way to access your account and your payment will be posted immediately.
Are you on the go or prefer to use your handheld device? Use our BARC Mobile App that you can download directly to your mobile devices for easy and reliable access to your account (IOS and Android compatible). You can also access the website or use the BARC Mobile App to report outages. What's the difference between the Customer Portal and the Mobile App? Learn more
Other Payment Options Include:
If you are out and about -15 BB&T branch offices in our service area accept payments on your BARC Electric account absolutely free of charge. You are not required to be a BB&T customer to use this service. *Be sure to have your account number with you when making a payment - BB&T does not have your account information.
Never miss a payment - set up an automatic Bank Draft from your checking or savings account, or by using your Visa or MasterCard. Please note a convenience fee will be assessed by SEDC for credit card payments.
Office Payment - Make payment within our office from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. or conveniently drop payment in our night deposit box located at the top of the steps to the left at the front entrance of the office. No longer accepting credit card payments at the window.
And remember you can always give us a call at 800-846-2272 and make your payment. You will be charged a convenience fee of $3.95 with debit/credit card / or for a checking account, $1.00 convenience fee.
