BARC is currently experiencing a network outage impacting internet, phone and TV services. Both primary and backup fiber backhaul circuits feeding our network have been cut. All service is down, including internal phone lines. All calls to BARC will be answered by our after-hours service until this is resolved to report electric power outages and electric emergencies only.
