BARC Assesses COVID-19 Potential Impacts to Business 

At BARC, the health and well-being of our staff, consumers, associates and communities is a top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty many are feeling regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and want to ensure everyone we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our employees, consumers and the community as the situation evolves. 

We are evaluating our business processes as this situation changes and developing a plan to ensure business continuity to our consumers with reliable electric and broadband service. At this time, we are operating as usual with normal business and office hours. 

We strongly urge our BARC Electric Cooperative and BARC Connects consumers to utilize BARC’s digital tools and resources for account management, bill payment and technical issues. You can find information on our websites explaining available tools and how-to information. 

Our goal is to continue seamless operations to our consumers while protecting the health of our staff and those we serve.
